Users must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials.

Users are responsible for all activity occurring under their accounts.

TrackPro may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or platform safety requirements.

TrackPro is an athletic operations, communication, performance, recruiting, training, competition, media, and analytics platform designed for coaches, athletes, parents, teams, schools, organizations, timers, meet operators, and related participants.

TrackPro may provide messaging systems, AI-assisted analysis, recruiting tools, meet management tools, media systems, analytics, integrations, wellness features, and related operational tools.

Users agree not to:

• violate applicable law
• impersonate another person or organization
• access accounts or data without authorization
• interfere with platform operation or security
• upload malicious code or harmful content
• harass, threaten, exploit, or abuse users
• use TrackPro for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or exploit platform data or systems without authorization

TrackPro may investigate and remove content or accounts that violate these Terms.

Users retain ownership of content they submit to TrackPro, including messages, uploads, photos, videos, team information, and related content.

By submitting content, users grant TrackPro a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, reproduce, distribute, and use the content for platform operation, improvement, analytics, safety, support, promotional previews, and related business purposes.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have rights and permissions for uploaded content.

TrackPro may provide AI-assisted summaries, recommendations, insights, rankings, analytics, or operational suggestions.

AI-generated outputs are informational tools only and are not medical, legal, recruiting, eligibility, academic, or professional advice.

Users remain responsible for decisions made using TrackPro outputs.

TrackPro may maintain athletic records, meet results, rankings, historical statistics, archived competition data, and team records for operational, historical, statistical, or archival purposes.

Deletion requests may not remove certain competition or historical records where retention is reasonably necessary for legitimate platform purposes.

Certain TrackPro services may require paid subscriptions, purchases, or fees.

Pricing, billing cycles, renewal terms, refund policies, and subscription features may change over time.

Failure to pay applicable fees may result in suspension or limitation of services.

Third-party payment processors may handle billing transactions.

TrackPro may integrate with third-party platforms, including payment providers, authentication providers, wearable platforms, health platforms, analytics providers, cloud hosting providers, communication providers, and social platforms.

TrackPro is not responsible for third-party services, availability, policies, or actions.

Use of TrackPro is also governed by the TrackPro Privacy Policy available at:

Users may stop using TrackPro at any time.

TrackPro may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or access where reasonably necessary to:

• enforce these Terms
• maintain platform security
• prevent abuse
• comply with law
• protect users or platform integrity

TrackPro services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

TrackPro does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, data accuracy, recruiting outcomes, athletic outcomes, competition outcomes, or platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedOak Technologies LLC and TrackPro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrackPro, RedOak Technologies LLC, affiliates, employees, contractors, and partners from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• user content
• misuse of the platform
• violation of these Terms
• violation of law or third-party rights

TrackPro may modify these Terms periodically.

Updated versions become effective upon posting unless otherwise stated.

Continued use of TrackPro after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to conflict of law principles.
